Here is Part 2 of my local bar highlights showcasing St. Patrick Day's Specials. Elgin Public House well known for their daily drink and food specials, for the month of March carries no difference.  The Beer of the Month is Smithwick's, liquor of the month is Jameson, and there featured Wine is Rosemount Shiraz.
