Happy New Year! Make 2015 a Great One!
Happy New Year everyone! I hope your 2015 brings plenty of fun times, fond memories, and unforgettable moments. I have had one heck of a 2014. I took the early part of my year last to accomplish a remodel to my place, spend much needed time with family and set things right with my social life while my professional journey took a pit stop.
And I'm not quitting in the slightest. I would have posted tons right now on the inter webs getting into the new year and all. But I wanted my first post of the new year to happen when I felt it was ready to happen. So I thank you for taking the time to read this.
So, now I start 2015 with lots done and even more on my plate. I challenge myself to find a professional opportunity to match my skills, yet challenge me enough to make change. Change not just in myself but those around me as well.
Which brings me to today. I'm currently in a professional journey as a leader who had been given a challenge to positively make change and influence others to reach their potential.
I also have many other things planned in the coming months and I don't expect to slow down not one bit. I may find myself moving soon, while putting things in my life in perspective and in clarity.
So please stay tuned!
~S~

Happy New Year To Me!
I'm 33 years young! And I also drew this! Yay! |
I wanted to send this post to and give thanks to all that have wished me a Happy New Year and also a Happy Birthday too! There are a lot of good people in my life and I couldn't have made it this far without the support that I get from my family. And also the close friends of mine who have been with me throughout my worse times in my life and also celebrated some of the best moments that I'll never forget. So if whether your at work, on a off day, at home taking care of the little ones, or hanging out with me today, my birthday wish to you would be to make the most of your day, no matter how large or small it may be, enjoy it. I know of one kid that will be. Well, I'm a kid at heart, that's gotta count towards something! :-P

Project 365: A Closer Look (Behind the Scenes)
Nature's Natural Reflection By: Saúl B.H.P. |
I've been meaning to write a post about more details about how I am executing this flickr project. I get lots of people complimenting me on my photos and often get asked what kind of camera tools, editing features and filters I use to produce most of these images. It's really amazing sometimes when I take a look back most of these photos, I too am pulled away at the colors that pop out, or angle certain photos are in. So, I wanted to make this post more about the tools I used for this project then the actual project as whole.
Camera:
For this project I am using my Apple iPhone 4, it's 5 Megapixel camera serves a great purpose for this project and even records in HD video. By now it's no surprise that the iPhone 4 has taken the top spot as the most used device on flickr®. It serves as a great device to use as a stepping stone into photography and one is also even able to create some really good masterpieces with the addition of Apps from the iTunes App Store.
Apps:
The best and most enjoyable part of creating the photos is using photo applications that can bring out the "flavor" of your photo, in fact some may even help make the image you shot better then before. The following are the Apps I use to create the awesome images that you see in my photo spread today. Some Apps I use more then others. However, nothing beats a traditional camera shot with no editing or need for touch-up. It doesn't hurt having these at your disposal either.
•Camera+ ($0.99) - This App has it all. I love the filters and the option to make subtle touch ups in regards to cropping or just plain give your photo a full filter change. An all around really good App.
•Photogene ($1.99) - This App is great for adding banners or making simple background enhancements to your photos. I use it all the time when I wanna make funny signs or when I need run some attempts on what I want my image to look like before I finalize it for uploading.
•Luminance ($0.99) - This is the perfect photo app that lets you adjust the color exposure on your photos and gives you a very intimate and detail control over it. Otherwise, you can't go wrong with it pre-selected filter options.
•FX Photo Studio ($1.99) - This is for the "Way Out There" ones. This app has a crazy amount of filters, it makes Instagram jealous! ;-) You can also randomize the filters too, and get a complete mash-up of filter and color options on your photo.
Storage for my Project 365 Gallery: flickr
This was a definite no brainer as a choice for storing my photos. I was a little caught off-guard by the yearly or bi-yearly subscription service when one has uploaded more then 180+ photos, but it's a great site for photo viewing and sharing. So many amazing photos can be seen on this site and I wanted to contribute. The best part about this site is that you can edit exif data if need be. Or you can use it to share via other social networks. All in all, this is a beautiful site for anyone who is serious about photography.
The only thing missing is lots and lots of dedication, and an open mind, and also a good eye for things. It's amazing how something like this can be created out of just a thought. Well, that's it's for my behind the scenes look at my Project 365. I didn't give out all my tricks of the amateur trade, but it does give you a good start.
Here's to looking to complete my Project 365 by the year's end, December 31st, 2011. Keep It Funky, Keep it Fresh, and I'll catch you on the Flip-side! ;-)

B.H.P. ENT-TV® Episode #5 "New Year, New Rules"
Video Link: HERE
The first new episode of the New Year! This episode is more about letting go of what keeps us behind from reaching our goals, some of us brought in the New Year by ranting about what did to let go of the negative in 2010. And what we will do in 2011 will jump start us in the right direction. Watch until the end to catch a little bonus clip that sets in motion the adventures we plan to have in the New Year! God Bless!

Early Start - Las Vegas Part 4
So, I'm sitting on my flight and can't help but feel ready to go celebrate the hell out if our friends Greg's Birthday in the city of sin. The morning was pretty hard to do just because the lack of sleep I put myself through. I'm here with my brother and close friend Drew and we are taking part in our 4th trip to Las Vegas. Even though a lot of fun awaits us when we arrive, the beat part to me is the hours before we reach the destination. I can't wait. We'll be dedicating an episode of B.H.P. ENT-TV to our friend Greg so please be on the look out for that. Until then, wish us a well and safe travel. God Bless!

The First Episode Of B.H.P. ENT-TV! 2010 SUMMER PROJECT "THE CELLSMEN" REVEALED!
VIDEO LINK: HERE
Hello Peeps! This is my first actual video episode of B.H.P. ENT-TV. I tend to do a lot of the same things when summer arrives. Like go on vacations to Las Vegas, Puerto Rico, or someplace different. While I still intend on doing some of those things, it will be later on in the year. This episode is just a small sample as I am trying to find a consistent format for post these episodes up. It will be about all kinds of talk topics and news around the world. Enough about that, let move on with my summer project.
"THE CELLSMEN" PROJECT
This has been a very interesting topic. I have been talking to some of my close friends and family and got a lot of compliments regarding my story telling/writing and said that I should write poems and such. Well to some people's surprise, during my hours and hours in study hall during my high school years I used to write poetry. I do believe that it has helped me tell my story from my blog with a sure lock of emotion tied to every episode. So as I was joking around with some friends about the lyrics in a lot of songs out there playing in the radio waves, we all decided to work together and make a Mix-tape. So after about 3 mins talking about it while we started planning the mix-tape production we chose the name "THE CELLSMEN" for obvious reasons, we all work in the Wireless Telecommunications industry. Our Promotional Single called "ZOMBIE SWAG" will be coming out in the next 3 days or so. Please be sure to check it out! God Bless everyone in my life and the ones that aren't!
